Project Synopsis

Currently, Mafutaga Tupulaga Tokelau Porirua (MTTP) manage and operate all their content management delivery, membership registration and club apparel orders manually in a bottom up data structure approach. For an organisation that is 45 years old, it has been collating data on a ad hoc basis starting from scratch every 2 years. It is important to capture and retain this data both at a regional and national level so MTTP know who its members are to help plan Festivals accordingly. This will also help with funding opportunities where data can be turned into information necessary to funding requirements.

The goal of this project was to revolutionise the clubs 3 main operations by developing a web application to digitise and centralise their manual processes of distributing club information, registering new club members & taking club apparel orders.
