Project Synopsis

Project management systems make it easier to plan and manage the Capstone Project - but finding (and learning how to use) one can be difficult and stressful. The lack of consistency between project management tools used by project teams can also make it more challenging and time-consuming for staff to assess or review student work.

The goal of this project was to suggest a solution to these problems by identifying a project management system that is suitable for the requirements of the Capstone Project, and then developing procedural instructions designed to meet the needs of different types of uses e.g. students, Clients, and Advisors.
