Project Synopsis

The Porirua War Stories is the website of stories of servicemen and women from Porirua who fought for the nation. The author of this website intends to share the stories gathered through meaningful research where the possible families provide the input, mainly photos to go with the stories.

The purpose of the Porirua War Stories project was to give the website a modernized look to help capture the war stories, a dynamic website with a search facility that is easy and fast to use across multiple variables, an improved database storage, frequent admin for easily add, update, and delete the stories by using the admin panel, and links website with social account, so its message can be widely visualised.
