Project Synopsis

This report provides an in-depth look at the finances of Vapeshop. Through communication with the store manager, I learned that the manager hoped to increase and improve the financial liquidity of the enterprise by improving profits, and to open more stores in the center of Wellington, so as to open up more opportunities in the New Zealand market.

This report mainly helps enterprises to improve profits through three aspects. First, adopt differential pricing strategy to increase the price of some products. Secondly, through the introduction of inventory management system to improve the product out of stock, as well as part of the product storage surplus. Finally, the operating cost of the store also needs to be controlled to a certain extent, especially the decoration cost of the store. Through the analysis of these three directions, the company can improve its profits more reasonably and thus create more opportunities to expand the market
